Successful implementation of the State Partnership Program of the National Guard of Maryland and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The partnership between BiH and the Maryland was established in 2003. with the aim of cooperation, understanding and reaching an interoperability between the Armed Forces of the United States and the Armed Forces of BiH. Also very important role is to provide assistance and support to institutions and state authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Delegation of the Maryland National Guard visits BiH MoD
On September 13, 2011 the Defense Deputy Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mr. Zivko Marjanac, together with the senior staff of the Bih Ministry of Defense has received the visiting delegation of the National Guard of the State of Maryland, led by BG Annette Deener, Director of the Joint Staff of the Maryland National Guard.

Naval Academy Cadets from kingdom of Norway visited MO BiH
Ministry of Defense hosted Naval Academy cadets from Kingdom of Norway while they are in their visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was an opportunity to get acquainted with the activities of MoD and AF of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Visit of the Delegation of the American Federal Country of Maryland to the Ministry of Defence of BiH
The Deputy Minister of Defence of BiH, Mrs Marina Pendes, accepted the visit from Adjutant General of the National Guard of Maryland, Brigadier General James Adkins, on July 1st 2010.
