Competencies
The Sector for General and Administration Affairs performs tasks that include legal affairs, administrative affairs, business protocol, translation, maintenance, supplies, office affairs, archives and courier tasks.
The Sector for General and Administration Affairs consists of four organizational units:
a) Department for Legal Affairs
It is in charge of legally competent and timely execution of tasks in the process of administrative and legal settlement of disputes and legal property issues related to the operations and activities of the Ministry of Defense of BiH.
b) Department for Protocol Activities and Translation Tasks
It is in charge of the protocol, translation and visa preparation affairs.
c) Department for General and Administration Affairs
Performs the tasks related to maintenance and supply, tasks related to archiving and filing.
d) Registry Office
Performs the tasks related to receipt and distribution of mail, supervision and keeping of archive documents, and provides copying services for the needs of the Ministry of Defense of BiH.
