Competencies
The tasks of the Armed Forces are the following:
a) participation in collective security operations, in operations to support peace and self-defense, including the fight against terrorism,
b) provision of military defense to Bosnia and Herzegovina and its citizens in case of attack,
c) assistance to civilian authorities in response to natural or other disasters or accidents,
d) mine action in Bosnia and Herzegovina
e) fulfillment of the international obligations of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
